I love a good skirt, especially a good pencil skirt, because I think it's feminine, chic and a great layering piece! Not only I wear it to work, I often pair it with a loose fit sweater or t-shirt for the weekend as you have probably seen in my previous posts.
I am always on the look out for a well tailored pencil skirt with good fabric, and preferably functional with a touch of unique details. That sounds like a lot to ask for a skirt, right? I found this particular piece from Dezzal that satisfied all of the above. It has a detachable feather hem, I just thought it's clever, chic and versatile. I took off the feather when I go to work, and bottom it on when I'm about to grab a drink with a friend downtown after work. The skirt gives two completely different vibes to the same look. And I am so amazed by the quality of the skirt! It's thin and posh wool material that's extremely well tailored. I'm so happy with this piece. And I have been wearing it pretty much every other day!
